New York Series: Inside The MET

The Tiffany's stained glass window. It was so beautiful! It really is too bad that the person who commissioned this window past away before it was completed. The good news is that it is available for everyone to enjoy when they visit the MET.


 There were some extremely detailed stained glass windows here.


 A carving of the Last Supper. They were tiny, but the artist didn't skimp on the details!











 Reminds me of the artwork I saw in the AyaSofya mosque in Istanbul, Turkey.


 An aged look of the top of the gate.













 I liked these mosaic tiles of flowers.
