Istanbul: Walking the Non-touristy Path

Sato and I got lost "on purpose" in Istanbul and found some beautiful sights!

From many of the streets we could see the Bosphorus River.

We found a random mosque and it was amazingly beautiful inside and out!

There was a little kitten greeting all the people who came inside this temple. I will show you his picture at a different time. He was really cute and friendly! I hope he is still allowed inside the mosque! He was a nice addition.

Where there's a mosque, there's a place to wash your feet.

I really liked this wall that I saw on one of the streets. There were paintings of different scenes around Istanbul.
